Those of us having had to pay a price for not remembering the time change in summer and winter in some countries in Europe, would find this news welcoming!
Anna and I missed a train in Switzerland because we forgot the time change in winter!
The interesting aspect of this proposal is the the evidence based approach!
This is also participatory process !
I wish we in India would tap the wisdom of people when opinions are divided!
