The wooden partition screen that partitions the space in a large hall where I welcome children is now transformed into a bulletin board, presenting the different services we offer.
I watched how my colleagues worked on it finding in between time transformed the board to a greater use.
It is this that I feel glad about the team in the department. They initiate change. They critically and creatively.
I am often surprised by the ideas they generate which gives us new perspectives.
The Christmas cheer preparation has started and there is a momentum to make it a special event.
