The rose flower and the buds!
Every family is a unit of young and old ones. In some families members of three generations live together.
Each person is unique and therefore adds to the richness of experiences.
As a grand parent, I realise how the older members in a family can add abundance of care and affection to the other members of the family!
In a work place, the senior members of the team in a similar way can bring a caring and affirming atmosphere to the younger members in the team.
