When birds do not come for their bird feed, one pauses to wonder!
When ever small birds approach the feed, crows chase the away. As I watched this happening for a few days, we created another place in the garden so that some birds do not get chased away. That too did not help.
We can offer space for others or take away the space of others.
Yesterday, I heard a story of a person feeling suffocated at his work place because his two supervisors are often critical of others.
To offer space for others is our responsibility when we are in positions of leadership.
We let others grow when we esteem them and affirm them for their presence and contribution!
