I watched these ducks in the dry land and marshy field!
There was a huge difference in their behaviour! In the dry land they moved about alertly and casually. Once they were in water they appeared vigorous and focussed. It was certain that they belonged to water !
Human behaviour springs from our inner formative experiences. If we had a healthy relationship from childhood with others we are usually socially comfortable and seek for relationships. Instead if we have had a disturbing or ruptured social upbringing, we often struggle to form our own network of relationships.
I have had time to review this process in my own life recently!
We ought to belong, which is the only way we can find our social anchor! Our thoughts, actions or pursuits might separate us form others and their ways! But to return to where we belong is the only way we can stay rooted!
We grow and flourish in an environment of acceptance and belonging!
