During the last three years, a plant nursery close to the village where we live, has turned into a studio and exhibition area of animal sculptures. Anna and I often slowed down or stopped to look at these amazing creations of an artist whose art work has become popular! All of them carry a natural look and hold anyone attention in wonder and amazement.
The last three photos of the studio where all the are created is also a place worth visiting. With so little facilities therapist handcrafts all these models. The artist is quiet person who speaks little to pointed questions. He wants people to experience his work!
This might be the only place I can remember of having sun a variety of collections of animal models widely displayed in a large garden on the main road side.
When parents come with their children to watch this sight, one conversation is that of the Zoo, that they have not been to so far !
Children are welcome to go near and touch the animal models. There is one person moving around in t garden who explains to children about the animals. The message is to make children and adults friendly towards animals.
I look forward to get an opportunity to meet with the artist and get a glimpse of his thought world. There might be a larger vision that one can imagine, if the artist spends his time creating these animal models as his vocation!
