These two birds, early in the morning convey an intentional look to plan their next flight movement! Both the Kingfisher and wood pecker are birds who are known to have planning skills! They dominate the air space. They are often seen in heights in vantage positions to have an overview of the space around!
The gift of sight, insight and foresight is what all of us need when we are on an unchartered path.
I look forward to welcome a former colleague, who hopefully would join the department shortly, where I work, after formal training. I hope my transition shall begin to step back once that happens, after forty years in Child Development service.
To see what is beyond has an inward and outward perspective. The inward perspective is readiness to face the unknown. The outward perspective is like putting the pieces together in a puzzle.
I feel encouraged by the determined and engaging look of these two birds!
They are intentionally focussed on readiness to fly to the next station!
