What difference in appearance and details!
In human relationships, it is important to have a wholistic view of situations, people and circumstances.
It is others who help us to move to a broader view of situations and people.
All of us can grow to a larger and better view of our situations and people by being open and keep looking for opportunities to revise our points of view and perceptions.
I have come to believe that the truth is larger than what I seem to possess.
In dispute resolution, the starting point is that the other side too has truth which if received, the atmosphere becomes less polarised!
I find these insights most helpful. Differences are not divisive, but a spectrum of opinions and truth.
