I was rather surprised to observe the difference in the appearance of this cluster of flowers when light adjustment was made!
What a contrast!
Each of us sees or hears differently! Is that not the common reason for disagreements! That is why truth lies scattered. Most opinions would have shades of truth.
Listening with understanding is one way of bringing the shades truth into confluence.
I wonder whether the difficulties I faced in my involvement with an organisation three years a ago was on account of not listening to discern the truth!
Truth is larger than what an individual can comprehend! Hence collaborative thinking, planning and living!
