Bouganvillea flowers in in multiple colours in the same bunch of flowers!
This reminded me of the colourfulness of any group of professions when they come together to form a group. Each person represents shades of opinion, attitudes, values and work style tha it is the sum total that one ought to regard and appreciate. The differences are not for discordance, but for a confluence for enrichment.
Looking out to see the distinct hues of abilities, skills, temperament and work place relationships is what would make a work place of acceptance and comfort for everyone. To conform is restrictive, but to be free within a porous boundary to express oneself is liberating!
Each person at work is a gift for others. Let it be so all the time!
