Every time I notice an old and new flower together in the same plant, I am reminded of human family life!
One frequently discussed theme now-a-days in the media, is how the elderly suffer in different ways!
The new flower looks brighter and fuller; the old flower shows signs of fragmentation or decay!
But the old flower was also brilliant like the young flower in this photo at one time!
I wish the society would be more aware of regarding the elderly rather than leave them to feel, 'less wanted'!
