I was encouraged to meet Dr. Rebecca Naylor recently, who gave leadership to Bangalore Baptist Hospital in its earlier years and fostered a partnership with Christian Medical College, Vellore to give a transition to what it has become. She is an unusual person of vision, determination and empowering skill.
While we were on conversation, she was making suggestions about new ideas for the development of the hospital, some of which were bold proposals which could give considerable advantage to the hospital.
Some leaders think beyond the usual! I found it inspiring!
Ou personal future itself is dependent on how we choose the way marks of our journey!
