On 14th September 2016, the department of Developmental Paediatrics and Child Neurology at MOSC Medical College, completed 4 years of its presence and service. It was a good beginning with the above team. Three have moved on and four others others have joined.
It was a small beginning offering neuro-developmental consultation to children at the Child Development Centre. Now there are services offered through the Early Learning Centre, Family Support Centre and we are in the final stage of setting up the Pre-school Formation Centre and Transition Planning Centre.
A lot has happened, mostly of encouragements and sensing the direction for the future!
The new team is equally enthusiastic with an interest to consolidate and communicate!
For me, it added another dimension to the understanding of health care practices in a new culture! For Anna and myself these four years have been a season of many peasant happenings at the family level!
