Anna and I were invited to attend a wedding yesterday of a member of our foster family. This group of medical students during our time at the medical college from where we spent ten years until recently, were people with whom we had more regular contacts.
It was an occasion of glad memories and recollections of how Anna and I had opportunities to get to know some medical students and stay in touch with them.
As this couple entered into their journey in married life, Anna and I felt glad for them, as they now look forward to their family life and professional pursuit.
Each family born through marriage relationship, is a reminder of the home, where experiences in life would bring fullness of life and joyful living. Let that be the experience of this family!
Anna and I returned grateful for having known them and the blessing of having been invited to be present in the church service, which united them to begin their formative journey in to family life!
