White-browed wagtail

I noticed three white-browed wagtail in the field beside the stream yesterday. There was another one on the cable.

As their habitat is closer to the water bodies, I look forward to see them regularly! They make their nest on the ground when rains recede.

What I noticed about their flying is a dipping and rising pattern, which is referred as bounding.

As they are insectivorous birds,  they are often noticed in gardens where caterpillars and grass hoppers are normally found.

It was after a long break, I noticed a white-browed wag tail. The Yellow wag tail is more common.

I felt good yesterday for sighting some birds after a while!
