Th only way we get to know of the presence of this cat in our garden, when Dafney and and Dulcie bark in loudly.
Its coat of hair has become multicoloured recently! She has an elegant look and a quiet composure!
Although she comes to the kitchen door, hoping to get a feed, she is not an intruder!
If she was an intruder, she would have lost favour with us.
Who is an intruder! One who forces on us!
This is an important dimension in all relationships.
Those who dominate in thoughts, ideas, and skills can become intruders as they can trespass in to the other's space without their consent.
Wha might be the opposite of intrusion! It is companionship. Being to others what they expect of us! Others define and guide the way we are to be to others!
The cat is a pleasant visitor with no demands!
To be a companion to others with no demands or expectations is the true spirit of living mindfully!
