Some squirrels are resident in our garden.
I have watched this pair in their romantic play, winding around the trunk of the tree and pausing in between !
The event in nature is a healer!
Some of the events in nature open our eyes to the art of living!
When I watch this family of squirrels, it reminds me of the alchemy relationships in nature. There is harmony and mutual respectful existence.
When the government of India recently decided to revoke the autonomy of Jammu and Kashmir abruptly without any consultation and dishonoured the seventy years old accession agreement, one wonders whether, there is any regard left for honouring a commitment! Others become subservient to the control of those in authority! This to me sounds authoritarianism and not the spirit of democracy!
With this decision of the government, another journey of discord begins!
The human response to any situation ought to be a reconciling initiative and not an oppressive action!
The squirrels bring home the message of peaceful and mutually prospering relationship!
