The transitions in the morning!

The three photos taken this morning at dawn, sunrise and at full  sunlight, of the Lilies in our garden taken, from the same spot in automatic setting of the same camera give three different shades in the photos.

I noticed that bright light obliterated the view of the details of the flowers in the third photo. In the first photo exposure was inadequate and in the third photo there is over exposure. In the second photo taken at sunrise gives more details. No wonder Photographers choose the golden hour of the morning between dawn and sunrise for nature photography.

It is because of insight we can interpret what we see. Our insight is formed by life experiences. How much we listen, see, feel and process is influenced by our willingness to be open to receive. Our inward readiness is under the influence of affect.

Th insight and affect together form our readiness to view the situation around us with mindfulness and empathy.

Our response can be cold, leukeworm or proactive!

The radiance of the flowers at sunrise is given to it by the Sunrays.

Th inner mindfulness we receive in our conscience comes from the enlightenment we receive  !

The source of such an enlightenment is the personal spiritual nurturing practices we follow to live soulfully !

The generativity of midlife that Erick Erickson referred to comes from formative experiences in life, most of which comes from the spiritual discipline we practice habitually!
