The plurality in nature!

It is a frequent sight in our garden- a dragon fly at the end of a twig or a Kingfisher on the stem of. account palm, at a height of fifty meters or more. They choose these places for various reasons.

It is their way.

The temple tree in our garden gives flowers for six months in a year and stays even without leaves for the remaining part of the year.

The two trees below flowers and gives fruits only once a year.

In a tree there can be just a few fruits sometimes.

The Lillies in our garden give flowers during most of the year!

The nature is an assembly of diversities.

In a work place we come across people with different behaviours, attitudes, temperament and work habits.

Most people remain hidden behind their patterns and take time to unfold themselves. They need space and enablement.

It is when we make opportunities for people to be involved and recognise their roles, they are likely to blossom!

The mystery of life and the wonder of becoming is the substantial message which the events in nature bring to us.

In our plurality there is richness and abundance!

May we see others through this prism and not through the optic of our inclinations!

The COVID crisis in India is seen by the scientific community as a disaster created by one sided thinking by some, who were not even scientific enough in their approach.

The different sane voices were sidelined. The plurality of thinking that was needed at a time like this was dismissed!

All of us are different, but all of us are humans. This is the substance for our relatedness. Not our religion, ethnicity, or educational background, political affiliation etc!
