On 14 September, 2018, the department where I work woeful complete its sixth year. My colleagues have been gathering our story of the last five years in text and phots during the last few weeks. They are now ready to display them in big boards to give a visually appealing sequence of events, describe different activities, and pay tributes to all the former colleagues.
I feel good that the display boards were made from the wooden packing materials, the hospital normally discards as waste. We are grateful for the hospital carpenter who took the efforts to recycle wood for a purpose! Some 'waste' wood have been made into building blocks which we hope to give as gifts to children!
Where we have come thus far, as a department is a testimony to the sense of call with which my colleagues relate to the mission of the department!
