Subtle signs


Drivenness, hurry, anxiety state, losing temper often, disinterest in the routine of life, preference to spend time alone, etc are some of the signs commonly listed to screen for 'burned out' experience. Just as the Mid-life transition is an inevitable reality at least in a mild form, burned out is also real in the lives of many professionals.

To go through a self audit at least four times in a year is one way of anticipating it to prevent it!
