Anna and I post these photos of pleasant memories of our visit with Frank and Val Garlick few years ago.
We share this for Val and the rest of the family to share how much Frank and Val touched our lives by the way they lived in a growing relationship of marriage in mutuality, intimacy and generosity!
Anna and I returned from this visit carrying in our hearts the message of how much a marriage can grow to be mutually edifying and become a celebration!
Their joy of who they were becoming to each other was effusive and inviting! Their married life was a sacrament of love.
Perhaps, it was their discovery of the mystery of the married relationship, which brought fullness to their family life and led Frank and Val to be engaged in the family enrichment initiatives for several years.
Frank is not physically present with us now, but occupies much space in our thoughts for a life well lived as a doctor, husband, father, grandfather and a pathfinder to many of us!
