One message I receive as the call from nature is togetherness and harmony! Anna and I get to see this in our garden or in the public space near to our home!
The message I hear from the newspapers and the news reports in the Television is echoing the message of the leaders of some countries such as the USA, Russia, Israel, Iran... is of competitive and aggressive posture to settle disagreements with war. The USA has polarised the world by its unreasonable tariff on goods brought into that country from other countries. To have duty equivalent of one third of the product cost is a deliberate act to frustrate and defeat the survival of the economy of poorer countries.
The peace communicated by two groups of children and adolescents in the public space and in our garden at home, among the avians in the photos above speak the language of harmony amidst diversity!
Where do we go from here!
We are a community of people cohabiting the earth sharing its resources and giving our share of contributions to nurture the world to be a better place for pilgrims on earth!
It is the same sun that gives us light wherever we are on this planet earth!
I do not remember anytime in the last fifty years of my life in India, such a divisive tendency based on political affiliation, religion and economic status as it is in the recent years!
The dream of a girl in her mid childhood is 'one world' in her imagination!
Do the adults and leaders in our society listen to this message!
We are meant to be for each other!
