The early morning sight of the plant, leaves and flowers when the sun is still gentle held my attention as they had a striking hue that was special in the morning!
This is a transition time between the dawn and the sunrise! So much happen in nature during this time! Such a short time and yet full of surprises!
The in between times are also resourceful times! I was late for a lecture for seven minutes. I asked the group: 'How did you spend the time while waiting for me! One of the told me that 'I became present to myself'
Becoming present to oneself is an art which sets us on a journey to grow in intimacy with our interior self!
