The second photograph of a bud attacked by insects denies it to be like he flower in full bloom in the first photograph!
It is a pity that the bud is denied its full bloom!
Ther are life events which deny or delay our growing, deepening and integrating !
Often what happens to us is outside our control. In this open wide world, there are risks of all sorts that would impair our wellness!
It is terrible when it happens! But humans are bestowed with resilience, because we are created in the image of a forbearing and long-suffering God !
I am just recovering from a major life event which affected my wellness and fullness. It took several months for me to process the experiences and lay them aside to look beyond all of that!
This to me is unlike the bud! It becomes a victim of its circumstances. Bu humans are endowed to be victors in all circumstances, because we 'live, move and have our being in God', who enables even the weakest among us to live with inner wellness and rejoicing!
