I want to greet the people of the USA for participating in its just concluded national election inspite of COVID 19 and other limitations. Although the result is still not acceptable to the Republican Party, the process that the election establishment follows looks fair and efficient. Well done people of he the USA, in your belief in democracy! Let healing and friendliness return soon!
Let me send greetings and good wishes to Ms Kamal Harris for her election to the position of the Vice-president, something unusual due to various reasons. Every time we hear the vice-president elect speaks, there is hope and promise for the future. Let her leadership make the people of the USA feel blessed! The Lilies from our garden share our respect for you.
The President elect Mr Joe Biden brings a new climate of decency, decorum and good practices to the office. All of us look forward to see America become a nation of hospitable people who are interested in the affairs of the world. The president elect has a history of resilience and strength, which is what all of us look forward to, to make a difference in a polarised political climate in the world. Anna and I send him a rose from our garden!
We hope that the elected leaders of the world would become servants of people, keeping people close too themselves in thought and regard. Oh! that people of the world would unite because we have a lot to loose by not doing so.
The Kudumbashree movement of Kerala is an outstanding example of how a united endeavour can change the social climate in society with benefits reaching to many in a way that people feel carried and supported!
