Although I have already posted a few pictures of this jackfruit tree in the last few weeks, I continue to be amazed by the large number of fruits it has produced during tai season!
I have had a discussion with some friends about fruitful lives in difficult circumstances. A friend gets scolded almost everyday by his supervisor because of the officer's prejudice towards him. But almost everyday he cares to visit a senior citizen couple to read news paper to them as both of them are visually challenged!
This is the only way we can bring in a counterculture to the arrogance, neglect, exploitation and selfishness we see in our indifferent society!
There is virtue in bearing fruit, no matter what is the circumstance!
