I noticed the movement of this Bulbul while perched at a height!
I happened to take a few serial photos of the movement while the Bulbul turned its direction.
The second photo of one leg in the air caught my attention.
A bird had to let go of its safety while lifting one leg to move around!
Letting go to hold again!
A change in opinion, perspective or attitude is possible when one is willing to let go of what one holds on to feel secure!
It was when the Bulbul turned around, it was able to notice the feeding table below to which it arrived shortly!
I find this as a reminder and an invitation to be willing to let go! The secure feeling hides the prospect of freedom to find something beyond. A secure feeling denies of further prospects of meaning and provision in life!
It is when the chicks leave the hen they find their feed! Leaving is the step towards finding!
It was because the Bulbul allowed itself to let go of its safe hold on the twig and turned around, it found its feed in the feeding table!
A message to live with !
Considering safety as the sole purpose is to live denying a movement on to larger purposes!
