I in my curiosity asked children about tit! Their response was , ' The adult exercise area is new'!
The novelty and desire to explore the adult equipment seem to fascinate them!
That gives a message about children who are in mid childhood or in pre-teenage years as in the above photos. They are aspirational and are growing up with longing for their future! The transitional experiences during this period offer preparation to grow up !
It is during this transition, they tend to move away from being intimate with parents. They pursue an inner journey of their liking sometimes guided by the fancy and adventure around them!
The parenting cover therefore needs to be even more intentional and purposeful!
From childhood to teenage years there is a movement in thinking and pursuit of life style!
The formative influence of parenting is to give children at this transition time a belief system, value based view of life, conduct that is wholesome and spirituality of trust, honesty, integrity and Godly orientation! They need to experience growing up in this milieu of protection and enablement!
