A home is an oasis!

The Bulbuls are often perched in visible stations in our garden in the morning .

The Barbets choose hidden sites covered by foliage.

The Bulbuls socialise better. They would even come to our dining room if the feeding station is without any feed, to find banana to feed on ! The Bulbuls sometimes find our backyard for their shelter at night.

The Magpie robins are found in different sites in our garden and do not get disturbed by activities around them.  They too communicate a social instinct.

A garden offers space for birds to be themselves in their habitat and behaviour!

A home is a place where every child ought to be offered space to be themselves. Each child is temperamentally, behaviourally or socially  different. Therefore a home is a meeting place where the healthy and accommodative ambience offer children space and freedom to grow up modulating their actions and reactions.

The differences between children in temperament and behaviour in a home sometimes become a topic of comparison ! That is not a healthy direction. Each child when feeling accepted and affirmed develops to be his or her true self ! The parenting role is to engage in loving conversation to help children to form their thoughts and behaviour to become a source of wellness for the children.

A home is not an enclosure but an oasis of comfort and belonging !
