The power of pruning!

When the rose flowers had become dry and petals were about to drop off, I felt inclined to prune the branches.

The photos below are of the pruned plant about a week later. Ther is new growth in the plant!

I noticed today that there are sprouting tender leaves almost in the stage of giving birth to new buds !

It is a message to remember- pruning favours new growth!

Pruning is a gentle activity to give a stimulus for further growth!

I know from experience of many parents, that a gentle correction of behaviour of their child, evokes positive response and emergence of new attitude and direction!

We favour our children by a gentle and upbuilding approach to facilitate their growth and change!
